Who wants to be a leader? Mindless Behavior, Diggy, Hamilton Park, Jacob Latimore, and The OMG Girls are conducting their first "Be A Leader" town hall meetings during the Scream Tour. The meeting is an initiative on the part of Scream Star Entertainment to encourage young people to become leaders in their communities.
